Deloitte Canada announced its 2023 winners for Canada’s Technology Fast 50 on Nov. 8. The list ranks the country’s fastest-growing technology, media and telecommunications companies by revenue growth percentage over their last four years of operation. Fourteen Western Canadian companies made the list.
Vancouver’s Dapper Labs topped the list at #1 with a three-year growth of 16,910 per cent.
“This year’s thriving cohort of winners have delivered outstanding revenue growth, despite prevailing uncertainties in the economy and marketplace,” said Anders McKenzie, partner, and national leader for the Technology Fast 50 program at Deloitte Canada. “With their bold vision for the future, impactful technologies, competitive drive, and passion for pushing the boundaries, these companies are paving the way as catalysts in their respective sectors—delivering growth and value to the Canadian economy both at home and beyond. The other Western Canadian companies included: Certn (Victoria) at #10, Aquanow (Vancouver) at #12, Black & White Zebra (Vancouver) at #16, Symend (Calgary) at #19, ZayZoon (Calgary) at #21, Klue (Vancouver) at #28, Spare (Vancouver) at 30, Coconut Software (Saskatoon) at #41, Jane App (North Vancouver) at 43, DarkVision Technologies (North Vancouver) at #44, Tribe Properties (North Vancouver) at #45 and Launchpad Technologies at #49.

(Burnaby) at #7 and MineSense Technologies Ltd. (Vancouver) at #13. The 2023 Enterprise-Industry leaders included Freight Club (Burnaby) at #6, Fantuan (Burnaby) at #9, Thinkific (Vancouver) at #13, Jobber (Edmonton) at #17 and Trulioo (Vancouver) at #19.
