Regina-based Group Medical Services (GMS) announced Sept. 13 that Mark MacLeod has been appointed the company’s new president and CEO, effective on Sept. 12, 2022.
“We completed an extensive national search and have found in Mark a wealth of leadership experience specializing in transformation and growth,” said GMS board chair Steve Engel. “His strong background in technology, his track record of strategic thinking and his dynamic leadership style with a focus on accountability will serve GMS well.”
MacLeod’s last leadership role was as president and CEO at ISM Canada (a subsidiary of IBM Canada), and held CEO roles with three other organizations. He is a graduate of the University of Regina.
